These credits can help reduce the cash cost of your booking and are part of the added value Lifestyle by Wyndham members can access through the program.
What Can I Use Lifestyle Qualified Credits For?
You can use Lifestyle Qualified Credits on a selection of Travel Exchange products made available through Lifestyle, including:
- Fly‑Cruise
- Holiday Packages
- Tour Packages

- Any Lifestyle Qualified Credits accrued from the preceding year
🚫 Not included: Credits borrowed from the subsequent year cannot be used for this benefit.
Guidelines on Which Credits Can Be Used
When using Lifestyle Qualified Credits for Travel Exchange bookings, the following rules apply:

You cannot use Lifestyle Qualified Credits transferred from another member.
Do My Credits Need a Minimum Validity?
Yes. Lifestyle Qualified Credits used for this benefit must be valid for no less than 6 months (180 days) from the date you book.
This rule helps ensure credits remain valid long enough to support the booking process and travel timelines.
Is a Housekeeping Token Required?
Yes. A Housekeeping Token may be required when using Lifestyle Qualified Credits.
- 1 Housekeeping Token per 10,000 credits used is payable upon booking
- Borrowed Housekeeping Tokens are not accepted
- If no Housekeeping Tokens are available, a fee applies: AU$139 per 10,000 credits used
Can I Use Lifestyle Qualified Credits on Additional OVC Travel Products?
No. Lifestyle Qualified Credits are only available on the products advertised as Travel Exchange through the Lifestyle website.
This means credits cannot be applied to other travel products offered through OVC unless they are specifically listed under Travel Exchange on the Lifestyle website.
Annual Credit Allowance for Travel Exchange
Lifestyle Gold, Platinum, and 100 Club members can exchange available Lifestyle Qualified Credits (using current Housekeeping Tokens) for Travel Exchange bookings.
Credits that can be used include:
- Credits available for the current Anniversary Year
- Credits accrued from the preceding year
❌ Excluded:
- Lifestyle Qualified Credits borrowed from a future (subsequent) year
- Housekeeping Tokens borrowed from a future year
Maximum Credits You Can Use Per Anniversary Year
The number of credits you can exchange each Anniversary Year depends on your membership tier:
- Lifestyle Gold: up to 60,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits
- Lifestyle Platinum: up to 90,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits
- 100 Club: up to 150,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits
These limits apply per Anniversary Year, regardless of how many separate bookings you make.
How Often Can I Use This Benefit?
There is no limit to the number of Travel Exchange transactions you can make in an Anniversary Year, provided that:
- You do not exceed your maximum annual credit allowance, and
- All eligibility and validity requirements are met for each booking
What Is the Exchange Fee?
There is no exchange fee charged to convert Lifestyle Qualified Credits for Travel Exchange.
Housekeeping Token Requirement
- 1 Housekeeping Token is required for every 10,000 credits exchanged
- Tokens cannot be borrowed from next year’s allocation
If you do not have enough Housekeeping Tokens available at the time of exchange:
- A flat housekeeping fee of AU$139 per 10,000 credits will apply
This fee reflects the average housekeeping cost across all room types in 2024 and may be adjusted annually to account for housekeeping cost increases.
