Cancellations of Travel Exchange bookings are subject to both Our Vacation Centre (OVC) policies and individual supplier terms. Depending on timing and conditions, cancellations may result in fees, loss of credits, or banking of Lifestyle Qualified Credits for future use.
All Travel Exchange packages are subject to Our Vacation Centre (OVC) cancellation policies, as well as the individual travel provider’s terms and conditions (such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or tour operators).

- Cancellation terms are included in each Travel Exchange package
- Additional provider‑specific terms may be available on the supplier’s website
- Full details are provided at the time of booking
What Happens If I Cancel My Booking?
Cancelled bookings may result in the loss of up to 100% of:
- Lifestyle Qualified Credits
- Housekeeping Tokens
- Fees already paid
- Outcomes depend on the time of cancellation and supplier conditions
If You Cancel Within the Applicable Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation terms:
✅ No refund of Lifestyle Qualified Credits already used
✅ Credits will be banked with OVC for up to 2 years from the original booking date
✅ Banked credits may be used toward another Travel Exchange package
If You Paid Using Credits and Cash
If your booking was paid using a combination of Lifestyle Qualified Credits and cash:
- Cash portion is used first to cover any cancellation fees
- Remaining cancellation fees, if applicable, are covered by Lifestyle Qualified Credits
- Any remaining cash balance is refunded to the Lifestyle member
